18. NO WAIVER

If we fail at any time to enforce any provision hereof which does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, such failure shall in no way prevent us from later enforcing the same term.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Rolling Hills Casino Resort regarding access or use of our Services, including all applicable terms and conditions found elsewhere on our website or within Game-specific rules.

By accessing or using our Services after these modified Terms have become effective, you agree to be bound by them, which will govern any disputes arising under or related thereto.
